MoxiImpress allows your agents to create professional and attractive marketing pieces for their active listings. Your agents don’t need to be marketing experts to create these pieces. All they need to do is select what they want to create in an email sent to their inbox or log into MoxiImpress and click a couple of links.
Until now brokerages did not have a reporting method to understand the effectiveness of those pieces. Newly created reporting for administrators let brokerages know click rates from automated emails, pieces sent, opened, viewed, and clicked, and a breakdown of use by agent.
- Users must have an administrator role or privilege in MoxiWorks to see the reports in Impress. Your access level in Moxi will determine the scope of what you see. For example, an office administrator will only see data for their office, while a company administrator will see data for the entire company.
- If you are a brand administrator, you will have a filter to choose the specific company you wish to view.
- If you do not see the Report option, you will not have permission to see reports. Please speak with your broker if you need permission to view reporting.
Marketing Guide Emails Reports
On your Impress menu, choose Reporting.
On the screen you will see three options for screens for Reporting.
Users Reports
The Users view gives total session in Impress, unique sessions in Impress, and the adoption rate of usage of the tool over. It also shows users monthly user activity in aggregate month to month.
Users can choose the time period they wish to view and can download a CSV with total sessions, projects created, and listings.
The Users List tab on the page shows each member of the brokerage, how many active sessions they have had in Impress, and how many projects have been created in the program.
Marketing Guide Emails Reports
The Marketing Guide Emails view details how many pieces were sent to clients, what the email open rate is, and what the click-through rate on those pieces. Users can see sent, open and click-through rates by listing events. The page also displays the distribution and click-through rate in aggregate and the click-through rate for each individual print, social or HTML piece.
Users can choose the time period they wish to view and download a CSV of projects with statistics on sends, opens, and click-throughs.
Automated Designs Reports
Automated Designs are marketing pieces sent automatically in Marketing Guide emails. The screen is divided into two areas. The first are general categories like Print, Social and HTML designs. In this section users will see how many total have been produced and the monthly average for designed produced in each category.
The second area is a breakdown of the top five marketing pieces produced, showing how many have been sent and how many have been viewed for each piece.
Users can choose the time period they wish to view and download a CSV with statistics on clicks, print production and costs per piece.
