Adding a PDF Page to Your Default MoxiPresent Templates

  • Updated

To get your agents started making amazing CMA presentations for your agents’ clients, MoxiWorks gives your brokerage a set of default templates.  While these templates give your agents everything they need to win the listing, you may want to add some brokerage customization to these templates.  Here is how you can make those default templates reflect the uniqueness of your brokerage.

Accessing Your Default Presentations

Your default presentations can be found under the Presentation Admin function.  To access the Presentation Admin function, select the drop-down menu next to your picture on the top-right corner of your Present screen.  Select Presentation Admin from the choices.

Your Presentation Admin screen appears.  By default, it should show you the Company Templates tab.  On that tab, select Default Templates.

Selecting Default Templates will reveal your default Present templates.  To open any of the templates for editing, select the template name.

Within the selected template, you will see the pages that comprise the template.  You will also see a button to Add Page.  Select that button to add a new page to the template.

Selecting the Add Page button reveals the folders you can pull the page you wish to insert into the presentation.  The page can be a created Present web page or a PDF.

To insert a PDF, select the folder and PDF file to upload.  Select Add to Template.

Once added, it will appear in your Present default template.  It can be moved to the spot in the presentation you want.  As the template has already been published, changes to the template will be published by default.
