Certain MLS's allow you to list a property off-market, as a pocket listing, or even as a pre-listing.  These can be created using the Listing section of the Moxiworks MyAccount tools either by the agent or by an administrator at the brokerage. The steps below will show you where to begin creating a listing on behalf of an agent.

Go to your Account by selecting your headshot, or icon, in the upper right corner

Then, select My Account

Locating Your Agent

Select Manage Company from the menu on the left side.

Select the Search box in the upper-right corner to open the search options.

Adjust your settings to find your agent more easily and select the Magnifying glass icon to search.

Select the agent from the results.

From your agent’s page, select the action button and then choose View Listings.

Create a Listing on Behalf of Your Agent

Select the drop-down menu next to the agent photo and choose Unpublished.

From here you can start creating a Pre-Listing or Non-MLS Listing on behalf of your agent.
