Your MoxiWorks Profile displays in many areas across MoxiWorks products, including MoxiWebsites, MoxiEngage emails, and MoxiPresent Agent Profile pages. That is why it is so important to keep this information up to date.
There are many ways to update your MoxiWorks Profile. Below, you'll find step by step instructions on how to edit each portion of your profile. However, if you notice there are some fields you cannot update, or some that revert back to previous settings, your information may be provided through a data feed.
Why can't I update my profile information directly in my Moxi account?
If you are in the United States with Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Better Homes and Gardens, Corcoran, ERA, or Sotheby's International Realty, you are with Anywhere and your profile information cannot be changed directly in your Moxi account and is provided through a feed. Please see:

If you are not from a company listed above but you still cannot edit your profile information, or your profile information reverts back after attempting to change it, then your profile is provided by a brokerage or franchise data feed. You will need to update the original source data in order for your MoxiWorks Profile to display up to date and accurate information. Brokerage or franchise data feed sources are not controlled or maintained by MoxiWorks and are typically maintained by your office admin, your brokerage HR department, or your brokerage payroll office. If you are a member of a franchise or larger brand, this information may be maintained through a regional office.
NOTE: Our Customer Support team will not be able update or make changes to MoxiWorks Profiles that are set up through a brokerage or franchise data feed. Please check with your office leadership for instructions on how to update the data feed.
MoxiWorks Profile Updates
All updates to your MoxiWorks Profile are made from the My Account page. The My Account page can be accessed through any MoxiWorks products by clicking the profile icon/image in the upper right hand corner (as demonstrated below).
Updating your Profile Photo
Follow the step-by-step instructions below to update your profile photo:
Click on the camera icon next to the current profile icon/image.
Click Upload New.
Click File, then select the desired image to upload.
Click Upload.
NOTE: Your photo will be updated across all MoxiWorks products. This process may take a few minutes to show everywhere your image is displayed.
Updating your Personal Information
The Personal Info page includes all your personal information. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to update your profile information.
Click on the pencil icon.
Click the Personal Info tab.
Update the desired information.
NOTE: The following personal information can be updated: name, nickname, publicly displayed name, designations, areas of service, office directory display category (e.g. manager, staff, agent), languages, licence number, and time zone.
Click Save.
Updating your Contact Information
The Contact Info page includes all your contact information that your clients will use to get in touch with you. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to update your contact information.
Click on the pencil icon.
Click the Contact Info tab.
Update the desired information.
NOTE: The following contact information can be updated: primary email, display email, backup email, direct phone, mobile phone, alternate phone, fax number, and office extension.
NOTE: Under mobile number, you will have the option to Allow customers to contact me via text message online using my mobile number. Chose to opt-in by selecting the check box, or opt-out by deselecting the checkbox.
Click Save.
Updating your Web Information
The Web Info page includes your About Me Biographies for both MoxiWebsite and MoxiPresent, your website URL, and your social media channels. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to update your web information.
Click on the pencil icon.
Click the Web Info tab.
Update the desired information.
NOTE: The following web information can be updated:

About Me - You can create all your bio information in one paragraph box, or create separation with additional titles and paragraphs.

Website - This will be pre-populated once your MoxiWebsite has been created. You can update this as needed.
- Mobile Search App - This is where you can put in the URL of a 3rd party mobile search app if your brokerage provides you with one.

Social Media - Add the URL for direct access to all of your social media channels. This is also where you can add your Facebook Business page if needed.
