If you are receiving a message saying that you need a MoxiEngage subscription, chances are that your mailbox is not syncing with the MoxiEngage servers. Currently, MoxiEngage syncs with Exchange and Gmail (but only for certain brokerages). In order to sync MoxiEngage with your email address, it must be an actual mailbox and not an alias or forwarding email address.
Please contact your office admin to make sure you are using an actual mailbox instead of an alias or forwarding email before contacting our support team.
