Adjustments are used to make selected listing more comparable to the subject property.  Adjustments can be added to account for a difference in number of bathrooms or bedrooms, upkeep, recent remodels, or other factors that change the value of a property.
To add price adjustments:

1. Find the comp to which you would like to add an adjustment and select +Add Adjustment.
   
2. Enter your reason for creating an adjustment and the amount.
   
3. Click Save to add the adjustment. Or click Save & add another to include additional adjustments for the same comparable.
