Adjustments are used to make selected listing more comparable to the subject property.  Adjustments can be added to account for a difference in number of bathrooms or bedrooms, upkeep, recent remodels, or other factors that change the value of a property.

Add Price Adjustment

Select +Add Adjustment next to the comparable you need to adjust

Enter your reason for creating an adjustment and the amount

Select CONFIRM to add the adjustment and close the dialog box

TIP: To add more than one adjustment for a comparable, select the + ADD button and follow the same steps as above.
