Start by entering the client’s name or presentation title in the Created for field (see below, in red text).
Enter either the Subject Property Address (see below, circled in red) or the MLS number if the Subject Property is or has been listed (see below, indicated by the green arrow).
NOTE: If entering the address manually, you must enter the full address, including the street address, city, state, and zip code. With this information, the tool will be able to accurately place the Subject Property.
NOTE: If you choose to import the Subject Property using an MLS number, all fields will be automatically updated with the information available from the MLS, including the Subject Property Photo.
Scroll down the Subject Property Page to input more subject property information.
NOTE: All other fields are optional. However, it is recommended that you fill out as much information available to you in order to provide a content-rich and accurate CMA Presentation to your client.
Once you are satisfied with the Subject Property information, click the green Search button in the lower right corner of the screen.

Subject Property Photo
You can now add a Subject Property Photo (see below).
To add an image, tap ADD/REPLACE PHOTO (see below, indicated by red arrow).
A pop-up will appear, allowing you to select from the photos saved on your iPad.
Select either the Camera Roll (images you have taken with your device) or My Photo Stream (images you have synced onto your device via iTunes).
Scroll until you find the desired image and tap Set Image.
