If you have any outdated or obsolete Company Pages, you can remove those pages so your agents don’t see them anymore! Also, if you have seasonal pages (Like the pumpkin spice latte letter) you can unpublish those company pages and keep them for next year!

Removing Company Pages 

1. Select the Three Dots next to the Page in your Presentation Admin (see below).

2. From the Actions menu, select Delete (see below). 

3. Confirm that you would like to delete the page by selecting Yes, Delete (see below).

Unpublishing Company Pages

1. Select the Three Dots next to the Page in your Presentation Admin (see below).

2. From the Actions menu, select Unpublish (see below).

3. Confirm that you would like to unpublish the page by selecting Yes, Unpublish (see below).
