When searching for comparables in MoxiPresent, sometimes you need to have very particular boundaries for your search. Moxi makes it easy to add these boundaries to the map so you can get the exact listings you need.
Search Screen: Boundary Search
City Search
1. From the Search Screen, choose Location as your search type.
2. Type in the City name you would like to search for.
3. Select the Magnifying Glass to Search for the listings within that boundary.
4. The Map will display the City Boundary and show all listings within this boundary that meet any other filters you have set up.
Zip Code Search
1. From the Search Screen, choose Location as your search type.
2. Type in the Zip Code you would like to search for.
3. Select the Magnifying Glass to Search for the listings within that boundary.
4. The Map will display the Zip Code Boundary and show all listings within this boundary that meet any other filters you have set up.
Neighborhood Search
1. From the Search Screen, choose Location as your search type.
2. Type in the Neighborhood name you would like to search for.
3. Select the Magnifying Glass to Search for the listings within that boundary.
4. The Map will display the Neighborhood Boundary and show all listings within this boundary that meet any other filters you have set up.
