The Seller Presentation gives you a way to create an attractive CMA for prospective clients. A new improvement in MoxiEngage and MoxiPresent associates a Seller Presentation created in MoxiPresent to the contact record in MoxiEngage. As MoxiEngage provides you with more in-depth consumer insights when all your client’s data is in their record, this enhancement helps you serve all your contacts better.
This enhancement also populates the client information from Engage into Present and allows you to add additional clients from Engage into the Seller Presentation.

Creating a Seller Presentation in MoxiEngage
Within a contact’s record in Engage, find the Presentations button on the left-side menu.
A screen will appear instructing you to start your presentation. Select the Create Presentation button.
The Create a presentation screen appears.
Name: Enter a name for the presentation
Type: Choose Seller
Listing Source: Choose the MLS you wish to pull data from.
Theme: Select either the Classic or Luxury theme
Your Seller Presentation will be created in MoxiEngage in the client record and in MoxiPresent as a presentation on the dashboard.
Look for the person
icon in your Present dashboard. This indicates your Seller Presentation is connected to the seller record in Engage.
Working with the Seller Presentation in MoxiPresent
Edit the Seller Presentation in MoxiPresent by selecting the pencil icon on the presentation graphic.
On the screen that appears, begin editing your Seller Presentation by changing or adding to the Presentation Name, MLS, or Contacts field. The Contacts field is connected to your MoxiEngage account. Begin typing and your matching contacts will appear in the Contacts field. You can have multiple contacts receive the Seller Presentation. Each contact will have the Seller Presentation appear on their MoxiEngage profile.
Presentation Name: Copied from the client’s MoxiEngage record.
Contacts: The contact information from MoxiEngage appears, and you can add other contacts from MoxiEngage. The contact address will populate the address section of the Seller Review.
Copy data from MLS Number: If the property had been sold in the past few years, you can enter the former MLS number. This will populate the record with that MLS information for you to edit.
The automatic search uses all the information that was added to the subject property page to find comparable listings. You can adjust the search criteria to find additional or different listings.
