MoxiWorks realizes that speed to lead is vital to increasing your sphere.  To help with that, you can enable a feature in the program that whenever you receive a new lead notification, MoxiWorks will text it to your phone.

We also make it easy for you to get showing requests for your properties by text, allowing you to respond more quickly. To receive text notifications for new leads and showing requests that land in MoxiEngage, kindly follow these steps!

Log into MoxiWorks:

Go to your Account by selecting your headshot, or icon, in the upper right corner

Then, select My Account

Choose Notifications on the left-side menu.

Select your mobile phone number where you'd like to receive leads and showing request notifications, and toggle on the New Leads and Showing Requests buttons so they turn green. 

Each alert type comes with an information icon to let you know how each alert works:

  New Leads Alerts will only come from non-MoxiWorks sources like RealScout.

Your Showing Requests are coming from a listing detail page on a MoxiWorks website.  Turning this alert type off will remove the ability for a consumer to schedule a showing.
