Unsure where an Engage contact came from? Review these helpful notes and instructions.
Using filters in My People to determine a contact’s source
- Log in to MoxiWorks.
- Navigate to MoxiEngage.
- Click on People and then My People.
- Open Filters.
If you notice a group under the My Groups section titled “imported on (date)”, this means that the contacts in that group were imported into MoxiEngage using our contact import template. To review contacts in any import group, simply check the respective checkbox and click Apply.
If you toggle into Lead Sources, you can filter by leads that flowed into MoxiEngage from a specific lead source, and see how many contacts flowed into MoxiEngage from that source. To review contacts in any lead source group, simply check the respective checkbox and click Apply.
Using the activity log to determine a contact’s source
- Log in to MoxiWorks.
- Navigate to MoxiEngage.
- Click on People and then My People.
- Search for the name of the contact that you’d like to review and click their name.
- Navigate to the activity section of their contact card to review additional details about their source, the property they inquired about, etc.
