Brokerage websites are manually created and updated. If you are at the brokerage level and would like to make edits to your brokerage website account, there are some important items to note:
- Agent accounts are created based on information received from the external feed, which varies depending on your brand. Profile information is received from the feed, and it displays on the agent's MoxiWorks profile and consequently, across MoxiWorks products.
- To ensure that the brokerage website doesn’t display information for a single agent, and rather, is branded with the brokerage information, a manually created account is created to host the brokerage website.
- Because the manually created account is not connected to the external feed, any changes, like updating the brokerage address, adding a company bio, etc. need to be added by MoxiWorks Support.
