If you would like to edit information for any of the offices in your company and you are designated with company-level permissions, follow the steps below.
General Instructions
Login to your MoxiWorks account:
- Click on the headshot located in the top-right corner to open the drop-down menu.
- Choose Manage Company.
- Click on the organization name.
- Click on the region name.
- Select the office location you’d like to edit.
- Use the pencil icon to edit the office address, phone number, website, etc.
- Save your changes.
Anywhere Company Instructions
Your office information sources from an external feed. You need to update the information on the feed side.
Please note that MoxiWorks Support is unable to access the external feed - if you are encountering issues with editing information on the feed, please reach out to MoxiWorks Support via chat or ticket submission so we can connect you with your brand’s support team for further assistance.
Once you update your office information on the feed, it appears on your MoxiWorks office profile in 24 hours.
