RealScout and MoxiWorks’ powerful integration allows agents to generate personalized listing alerts and custom home searches right from the comfort of their very own MoxiEngage CRM.
In MoxiEngage, agents create and manage their clients’ transactions from start to finish in the sales flow. Once a buyer client is in the prospect phase of the sales flow, RealScout’s home search creation tool appears as a task with a button. The button allows agents to create a collaborative buyer search by analyzing the client’s data to populate personalized property results.

The client views listing results to ask questions and mark properties they are interested in. This data is shared with the agent in their RealScout account to help the agent get a better idea of what their buyer is looking for.
In RealScout, agents may:
- invite their contacts to create a listing alert
- customize the listing alert specifications for the client
- allow the client to set up their own listing alert
If the agent created a listing alert in RealScout and a recipient is interested in a property, that contact syncs to MoxiEngage as a new lead with their details attached.
