Share presentations with your offices or directly to all your agents! If you create Newsletters or Events Presentations, you will be able to send these directly to your Office Managers, or directly to your agents!
Sharing Presentations
- From your Present dashboard, select which Presentation you would like to share.
- Select the actions button on the bottom of the corner of the presentation.
- From the menu, select Share.
- Select who you would like to send your presentation to.
- Office admins – This will send the presentation to your Office Admins.
- Agents – This will send the presentation to all your agents!
- Office admins – This will send the presentation to your Office Admins.
- Specify whether you want your office admins or agents to be able to edit your presentation.
- This Presentation will be under Brokerage Presentations in your office manager or agent's accounts.
