- We accept calls for technical support questions only. If you are new to MoxiWorks and need basic training on Moxi products, please reach out to your brokerage leadership or visit our help center at MoxiWorks Help Center.
- If you have an existing ticket with Moxi Support and are looking for an update, please reach out on your email thread. This call will be handled by a member of the same support team, and they do not have the ability to accelerate progress/bump priority on specific tickets.
- Some items (e.g. billing) may be a better fit for your brokerage's Customer Success Manager. If we determine this to be the case, the person scheduled for your call will let you know beforehand.
