Engage Subscription Required

If you are receiving a message saying that you need a Moxi Engage subscription, chances are that your mailbox is not syncing with the Engage servers. Currently, Moxi Engage syncs with Exchange and Gmail (but only for certain brokerages). In order to sync Engage with your email address, it must be an actual mailbox and not an alias or forwarding email address.

Please contact your office admin to make sure you are using an actual mailbox instead of an alias or forwarding email before contacting our support team.
