Transactions: Editing Details and Notes

Each Sales Flow zone is a milestone for an individual person’s progress towards a successful transaction.  You can edit details or add notes at any time for each part of your transaction.

To edit transaction details within the sales flow, follow the steps below:

  1. On your client’s transaction page, you can add or edits details and notes (see below, circled in red) on the Prospects, Actives and Pending zones (see below, circled in blue).
  1. To edit any details in a zone, select Details (see below, indicated by the red arrow) then Edit (see below, circled in blue).
  1. On the edit page you can make changes to parts of your transactions details.
    1. NOTE: You can change the start date to a past date or future date when working with a Non-MLS property. However, you can only add a current or past date when working with an MLS property.
      1. To change the date select the starting date (see below, circled in red).
      1. Select the appropriate date you would like to change it to (see below, circled in red).
      1. Then select Done.

To add or edit notes within the sales flow, follow the steps below:

  1. To edit any notes in a zone, select Notes (see below, indicated by the red arrow) then Edit (see below, circled in blue).
  1. In the text entry field (see below, circled in red) include any additional information on the client or property. When finished, select Done (see below, indicated by the blue arrow).
