Sending Listing Announcements to Your Sphere
While moving your people and their transactions through the Sales Flow, you may wish to send out announcements regarding Just Listed or Just Sold properties.  Subscribing people to Listing Announcements allows you to send notifications to your marketing sphere.

Sending Your Listing Announcements
Now that you signed up your people for Listing Announcements, you are ready to send announcements whenever you have a new listing or when you have just sold a listing.

Just Listed Email Listing Announcements

To send your Just Listed announcement email, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign into Moxi Works/Moxi Engage.
  2. Click on All People in the People section (see below).
  1. This brings you to the My People screen (see below).
  1. Select the person whose home you just listed (see above, indicated by the red arrow). In this example, Ahmed Meyers is the client selected.
    1. NOTE: The person must be in the Actives Zone with a transaction with an active MLS #.
  2. This brings you to the Profile Page for the selected person (see below).
  1. Scroll down until you find the task Send “Just Listed” Announcement Email (see above, indicated by the red arrow).
  2. Click on the task name (see below).
    1. NOTE: Do not click on the check mark, as this sets the task as complete.
  1. Click on Email Announcement (see above, indicated by the red arrow).
  1. The Just Listed form opens. Fill out the following information:
    1. To: This section displays the number of recipients of the Just Listed subscription type (see above, circled in red).
    2. Subject: This section displays the subject. You can add a custom subject line when sending an announcement. There is a 50 character max. (see above, circled in blue).
    3. Message: This is the message that displays in the email to all of the people subscribed to this type of Listing Announcement (see above, circled in green).
    4. Certification: You must verify that you are the listing agent of this property (see above, circled in purple).
      1. NOTE: If you do not check this box, you will not be able to send out this announcement.
    5. Send: If you are happy with the message, click on Send to email all of your recipients (see above, indicated by the red arrow).
    6. Preview: You can choose to preview the email before it is sent to your clients (see above, indicated by the blue arrow).

Just Sold Email Listing Announcements

To send your Just Sold announcement email, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign into Moxi Works/Moxi Engage.
  2. Click on All People in the People section (see below).

  1. Select the person whose home you just sold or whose new home you just helped purchase (see above, indicated by the red arrow). In this example, Ahmed Meyers is the client selected.
    1. NOTE: The person must be in the Pending Zone with a transaction with an active MLS #.
  2. This brings you to the Profile Page for the selected person (see below).
  1. Scroll down until you find the task Send “Just Sold” Announcement Email (see above, indicated by the red arrow).
  2. Click on the task name (see below).
    1. NOTE: Do not click on the check mark, as this sets the task as complete.
  1. Click on Email Announcement (see above, indicated by the red arrow).
