Site Types

Site Type will determine the available pages and verbiage displayed on the site. For example an Agent Website will display "Contact Me" and "My Bio" and an Office Website would display "Contact Us" and "About Us". The Office website and Brokerage website options will both include a directory page option as well, which will show agents in your office (office website) or all agents in your company (brokerage website).

Site styles are automatically set to Agent Websites. To select a different option, follow the steps below.

  1. From the Admin Home screen of your Agent Website, select Settings from the left hand navigation.
  2. Then select Site Type (see below indicated by the red arrow)
  3. From the drop down menu, select your desired site type (see below, circled in red).
  4. Click Update (see below, indicated by the red arrow).

Agent Team Websites: Adding Team Members

Show off all members of your team by adding them to the Our Story page.

  1. From the Admin Home screen of your Agent Website, select My Team from the left hand navigation (see below, circled in red).
  2. Search for your team members (see below, circled in blue) and click Find (see below, indicated by the red arrow).
  3. Select your person from the list of people that match your search (see below).
  4. Add any Social Media links for your person and click update (see below).
  5. From the Site Pages screen (see below, circled in red), scroll down to find the Our Story page (see below, circled in blue) and click Edit (see below, indicated by the red arrow).
  6. Select your page layout (see below, circled in red).
  7. Scroll down and click Show for all the team members you want to have shown on your Our Story page (see above, indicated by the red arrow).
    1. NOTE: You can then sort your people by clicking and dragging them up or down the list.
  8. Click Publish to save your changes (see above, indicated by the blue arrow).

Office Websites

Highlight specific members of your office by following the steps above under Agent Team Websites: Adding Team Members.
Updating background image for the Our Team page:

  1. From the Site Pages screen (see below, circled in red), scroll down to find the Our Team page (see below, circled in blue) and click Edit (see below, indicated by the red arrow).
  2. Use the Upload or Choose an Image button to select your new background image (see below, indicated by the red arrow).
  3. Click Update (see above, indicated by the blue arrow).

Brokerage Websites

Highlight specific members of your office by following the steps above under Agent Team Websites: Adding Team Members.
Updating background image for the Agents & Offices page:

  1. From the Site Pages screen (see below, circled in red), scroll down to find the Agents & Offices page (see below, circled in blue) and click Edit (see below, indicated by the red arrow).
  2. Use the Upload or Choose an Image button to select your new background image.
  3. Click Update (see above, indicated by the blue arrow).
