Presentation Screen Summary

  1. To get to the Presentation Screen, tap Presentation in the navigation menu.
  2. This will bring you to the Presentation Screen (see below).
  3. There are three types of pages:
    1. Report (blue icon): Default pages on a variety of real estate-related topics, provided by TouchCMA.
    2. Custom (red icon): Custom pages you created or PDFs you uploaded using TouchCMA for the Web.
    3. Onesheet (yellow icon): Onesheets provided by your brokerage or association.
      1. NOTE: All these pages are optional and you can choose as many or few as you want.
  4. Tap the box next to each item you would like to add or remove from the presentation (see below, circled in blue).
    1. NOTE: If you have created a Presentation Profile in the web based software, you can select the profile by tapping on the Presentation Profile button (see below, indicated by the red arrow) and then tapping on the presentation you wish to use.
  5. Once you have chosen all the pages and onesheets you want, you can choose to view or email the presentation or PDF (see above, circled in red).
  6. To email a copy of the presentation to someone, select the Email (see above, circled in red). You will be prompted to enter a valid email address, subject, message, and choose either Web Presentation Link, PDF Link, or both.
    1. Tap Send.
    2. You will be prompted to confirm the email address to ensure its accuracy.
    3. Tap Send again to send the PDF or presentation to yourself and/or client.
    4. You will then receive a message confirming that an email will be sent shortly.
  7. If you are with your client, you can tap View Presentation to walk through the presentation right on your iPad.
