People: Creating a Person in Moxi Engage

Your People are your sphere of influence in Moxi Works/Moxi Engage. To grow your database, you need to include additional people. And to maintain your database, you will need to edit information from time to time.


You can add a new Person to your database from either the My People screen, or the Overview screen in Moxi Works/Moxi Engage.

Adding New Person from the My People Screen


To add a new Person from the My People screen, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the circle under All People in the People section (see below).
    1. ALL PEOPLE: View your list of People, Categories, and Groups.
    2. NEW: View all of your new people.
    3. OVERVIEW: View the number of People in the Sales Flow, Recently viewed people, and Recommended Actions.
  2. This will bring you to the My People Screen (see below).
  3. Click Add People (see above, indicated by the red arrow).
  4. Add in all of  your pertinent information (see below).
  5. Add multiple phone numbers, email address, or address by clicking on the corresponding add button (see below, indicated by the red, green, and blue arrow respectively). Select the type of phone number or email address (e.g. home, work, secondary, etc…) from the drop down menu and enter the information in the field that appears.
  6. Continue filling in your information.
  7. Click Done at the bottom of the screen when completed (see below, indicated by the red arrow).

 

Adding a New Person from the Overview Screen


To add a new Person from the Overview screen, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the circle under Overview in the People section (see below).
    1. ALL PEOPLE: View your list of People, Categories, and Groups.
    2. NEW: View all of your new people.
    3. OVERVIEW: View the number of People in the Sales Flow, Recently viewed people, and Recommended Actions.
  2. This will bring you to the Overview screen (see below).
  3. Click Add People (see above, indicated by the red arrow).
  4. Add in all of  your pertinent information (see below).
